The Fabric Lab

Posted on: November 5, 2009

In a bittersweet twist, the style house I have been proud to call myself an assistant to, The Fabric Lab, will be closing their doors January 1st. To celebrate the fabulously talented fashion and art community, which has been cultivated carefully by owners Tran and Josh Wills, a Last Hurrah will be thrown. Next Saturday, November 14th at Mod Livin’ (5327 East Colfax) the Fabric Lab’s store closing reception will begin with “cocktails, hugs, hi fives and goodbyes” at 7pm and end with a “we blow your fucking minds fashion show” at 9pm. If you like fashion, this is THE PLACE to pick out your newest conversation pieces.
And for you cyclists out there, I talked to Broox at XRTS, he will be leading a Loops ride out to the show.

I am sad to see the Fabric Lab go, but all good things must come to an end and this will spawn the new beginning of something equally magnificent. Tran and Josh, you have done wonderful things for the cycling, art, and fashion communities of Denver. I wish you the best with your beautiful family and all that lies ahead in your bright futures. Thank you.
